Knowledge Transfer versus Training:

The methodologies behind Eagle Knowledge Transfer Sessions and Eagle Training differ greatly in their scope and implementation. The goal of Eagle Training is to provide product knowledge to a large group of individuals in a structured, activity-based, classroom environment, in which each student has access to his/her own computer and training materials. Conversely, Eagle Knowledge Transfer Sessions are more flexible in their presentation and use less formal training materials. They are directed toward a small group of users who need to focus on particular implementation or operational topics. This will typically supplement training rather than act as a replacement.
